Signed, dated and titled in the lower right by the artist.

Eugene Rensburg (1872-1956) was a Dutch painter, watercolorist and etcher of mostly city views from The Hague. He travelled widely but lived and worked for the greatest part in Rotterdam.
Rensburg appears to have made a few drawings of this mill, which are in archives. We include an image of a drawing of the Mill’s exterior by the same artist. Provenance: Bubb Kuyper, 2017; Reiss, 2006.
Good, given age. Two small tears in right side of image, barely noticable. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
