When Jesus offers to visit his home, the centurion replies he is unworthy and that Jesus only needs to speak a word from afar. Amazed, Jesus praises his incredible faith.

Biography engraver: Abraham de Blois (active 1679-1720), Dutch Engraver and mezzotinter.

Biography artist: Arnold Houbraken (1660-1719) was a painter, engraver and writer from Dordrecht. He was s student of Willem Drillenbrug, Jacob de Vecq and Samual van Hoogstraeten. Pieter de Hondt, Dutch publisher and bookseller (1696–1764).
