‘ONREGELMATIGE GROND.’

– (Irregular Ground.) A detailed eighteenth-century garden design engraving depicting an irregularly shaped formal estate layout. The composition shows a central architectural structure surrounded by ornamental parterres, symmetrical garden compartments, tree-lined avenues, water features, and agricultural plots. Decorative scrollwork parterres contrast with utilitarian sections such as orchards, bosquets, and pathways. Lettered references throughout the plan indicate different functional areas, reflecting the rational garden planning principles of the late Baroque and early Enlightenment period.
