This original antique plate shows the Battle of Lodi on 10 May 1796 between French forces under Napoleon Bonaparte and an Austrian rear guard led by Karl Philipp Sebottendorf at Lodi, Lombardy.

Steel engraving on wove (vellin) paper.

Condition: very good, given age. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
