Antique print, untitled. A red Amaryllis, also showing a leaf. From ‘Edward’s Botanical Register’, published between 1815 and 1847. Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘White’ after ‘Sydenham Teast Edwards’. Sydenham Teast Edwards (1768-1819) was a natural history illustrator from England.

Condition: Very good, given age. Original fold, as issued. Remains of attachment to carrier to the rear of the sheet. Tiny stain in bottom margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
