Sibelius made this etching after a print of Pieter Tanj?, after design of Gerard Sanders who took the painting of Wissing as an example

Made by ‘Gerard Sibelius’ after ‘Willem Wissing’. Gerard Sibelius (1734- 1785) was a Dutch engraver and publisher, working in London. Willem Wissing (1656-1687) was a Dutch painter and drawer. He worked at the court of the English king Jacob II.

Condition: Good, given age. Original folding as published. Light creasing. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
