German automobile and technology advertising, from ‘Motor’, dated July/August 1918: Front: ‘Seite 158 – Mercur Flugzeugbau GmbH’ (Page 158 – Mercur Aircraft Manufacturing Ltd, Berlin in Germany) Rear: ‘Seite 157 – Luftfahrzeugbau Schutte-Lanz.’ (Page 157 – Airship Manufacturing Schutte-Lanz, Mannheim in Germany). With the god Mercury / Hermes. This old print originates from a German magazine / periodical called: ‘Motor’, published from 1913-1941 by Gustav Braunbeck in Berlin, Germany. Artists and Engravers: Max Schammler and Hans Schulze, artists.
Condition: Excellent. General age related toning and light thumb staining from handling. Small wormhole in bottom blank area. Please study scan carefully.
