This includes such geniuses as Bach, Gluck, Handel, Corelli, Palestrina, Scarlatti and Pergolesi, and numerous others. Very rare.

Condition: Excellent, given age. Some small stains in the margins. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Medium: Etching/engraving on wove (vellin) paper.

Size (in cm): The overall size is ca. 46 x 64.5 cm. The image size is ca. 36.2 x 55.4 cm.

Artists and Engravers: Made by Pietro Bettelini after Luigi Scotti. Pietro Bettelini (Caslano, 1763-Rome, 1828) was a Swiss engraver. He started to study art at an early age. He received instructions from Gandolfi and Bartolozzi; but in his subsequent works he inclined more to the style of Raphael Morghen. He died at Rome in 1828. After Luigi Scotti.
