Condition: Fair, given age. Margins on two sides, browned, with the original folds from being bound into a book. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Description: Illustration to “Leven van Willem George Frederik”, published in 1794. Ref: FMH 5256.

Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘Cornelis Brouwer’ after ‘C. Groeneveld’. Cornelis Brouwer (act. Amsterdam 1773-1802) was a painter and etcher. He collaborated closely with Vinkeles and Ploos van Amstel. His daughter Anna Catharina Brouwer (1772-?) was also an engraver. C. Groeneveld was active in the last part of the 18th. Century.
