Made by Reinier Nooms after own design. Reinier Nooms (called Zeeman / Seeman, 1623-1664) was a Dutch painter of mainly nautical scenes. He started painting after a career on sea, and this hands on knowledge of sailing is very apparent in his paintings.
Condition: Good, given age. Small damage at bottom margin, not effecting image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
